How long have you been photographing weddings?
We have 10 years experience as full-time wedding photographers, and in that time we’ve been lucky enough to photograph more than 300 weddings.
No two weddings are the same (that’s why we love them so much), but it’s fair to say that we’ve experienced just about everything that a wedding day can throw at you, during all types of celebrations -from intimate ceremonies with just 2 people, to extravagant affairs in historic castles with hundreds of guests. We have worked in every conceivable weather condition, during every season, all over the country, and we have loved every single moment.
Can we have group photos?
Absolutely! Group shots are an important part of the day; after all, how often do you get everyone you love, in the same place, looking completely fabulous, with a professional photographer to hand? Over the past 10 years, we’ve become experts in working in the most relaxed, yet efficient manner to ensure that your group shots are beautiful (and fun), without monopolising your day. We recommend that you choose 6-10 set-ups in advance, and then we’ll take a maximum of 30 minutes to shoot them during your drinks reception.

Are you insured?
Absolutely. Geoff is a professionally qualified photographer (BA Hons, LBIPP, LSWPP) with full Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance.
What equipment do you use, and do you bring back-ups?
All of our photographs are taken on professional Canon 5d cameras, using a wide range of the highest quality lenses and flash equipment.
We always bring multiple backup cameras, lenses and lights to every wedding.
How many photos will we get?
You will receive approximately 400-500 edited images if you opt for full day wedding coverage. However, there are no limits, so if it takes more than that to tell your story, then you will, of course, receive them all!
When will we get our wedding photos?
Your photographs will be ready around 4 weeks after your wedding during peak season, and within approximately 2 weeks during the rest of the year.
Will our images be watermarked? Will we be able to we print and share our photographs?
All of your edited, high-resolution wedding images will be provided on a personalised USB, with full usage rights assigned to you. We provide every image in colour and also in black and white. Your images will not be watermarked; they will all be 100% ready to print and share.
Do you do all of the post-production yourself, or is it outsourced?
We do absolutely all post-production ourselves, personally editing every single one of your photographs. We are committed to providing the highest level of care and attention throughout every stage of your wedding photography, and we know how to get the very best out of your photographs.
Do you offer wedding albums?
Yes, we do. They are beautiful, hand-crafted in the UK and completely bespoke. Each and every book is individually designed, by us, with your full consultation. You can find out lots more about our luxurious wedding albums here.
Do you offer engagement shoots?
Yes. Pre-wedding engagement shoots are a great way to learn how to feel more relaxed in front of the camera before your big day. Our engagement sessions are fun, informal, and offer a chance for us all to get to know each other better, too, in the run up to your wedding.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Rainy weddings can lend themselves to some really creative photography, and bad weather gives us the chance to show you what we can really do! We have lots of tricks up our sleeves for wet weather… we always carry a full professional lighting kit in case photographs need to be taken indoors, and we also bring lots of smart white brollies with us, so there’s plenty of (aesthetically pleasing) shelter for you and your guests when you’re on the move.

How do we book you?
We require a booking fee of £395 to secure your wedding date, which is deducted from the price of your wedding package. The remainder of your balance is due one month before your wedding day. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit cards through Paypal. Please feel free to come over to our studio for a cup of tea and some cake before you book, though, so that you can look through our portfolios and fill us in on your wedding plans and ideas- we’d love to hear all about you and your wedding day.
